Watson Setzer Real Estate Partners LLC, is a diversified real estate firm formed in the spring of 2007. The firm is focused on acquiring existing core+, value-add and opportunistic investments, and new development opportunities. Product expertise is concentrated on office, R&D, and life science. For extremely well located opportunities in supply constrained markets, industrial and mixed use infill opportunities will be considered. The firm’s primary geographic concentration will be the San Francisco Bay Area, where its principals have worked effectively and developed strong relationships over the past twenty five years.
